Yannie Be Me!


Hi everyone, if you are reading this and saying that maybe I am a little familiar, you are probably right. I was also the brain behind the Mindful Wanderer blog, but unfortunately or fortunately, I decided to remove and start over again so that I can do this blogging thing better.

I want to tell you why I am doing this, basically I do have depression and social anxiety, and as my beloved father always say;

Do something to help yourself and do not let yourself be stagnant.

So here I am, trying to help myself out while waiting for my new therapist. But I am going to be fine, I am tough.

I also have decided to help those who are also suffering from depression and social anxiety, to let them know that they are not alone. To share what is working for me, my story, and the struggles I am facing while making sure that in the end I am going to end up better and stronger after my episodes.

Lastly, I would be posting new articles every day or every other day it actually depends on whether I have the drive to write another article.

So, let this journey begin and I hope you all will stick with me until the end.
